Why be a Sponsor of ACC 2024?
The Arkansas Community Colleges Annual Conference is the state’s primary professional development event dedicated exclusively to community college professionals. As a partner, this is your opportunity to meet with Arkansas’ community college leaders and build awareness around your product.
All 22 public community colleges in the state of Arkansas participate in the conference. Last year, more than 450 administrators, faculty, and staff from across the state attended. We expect 2024 to be even bigger and better, and we invite you to be a part of our success.

Included in the game encouraging attendees to visit sponsor tables
Given access to attendee list at least two weeks prior to the start of the conference

Sponsorship Levels
Platinum - $10,000 (limit 2 - 1 available)
Option to present for up to 10 minutes at the conference meeting of Presidents/Chancellors OR present a 45-minute breakout session
Designated private meeting room on Monday
Sponsor table located outside Horner Hall in the high-traffic Plaza Lobby
Year-round recognition as a partner on the ACC website (through June 30, 2025)
Four complimentary conference passes
One post on the ACC Facebook page with sponsor-provided content
Recognition on the homepage of the mobile event app for the duration of the conference
Gold - $5,000 (limit 4 - 2 available)
Option to present a 45-minute breakout session OR present at the conference meeting of the Chief Academic Officers or Chief Student Affairs Officers (limit 1 per meeting)
Designated private meeting room for a half day on Monday
Sponsor table located in the high-traffic Plaza Lobby
Year-round recognition as a partner on the ACC website (through June 30, 2025)

Á la Carte Add-Ons
Á la carte add-ons are limited to one sponsor per event. Only silver-level sponsors and above are eligible. Sponsors of á la carte events will be recognized on signage, in the mobile app, on the website, and in announcements at the named event.

Important Information
Sponsors accepted on a first-paid, first-reserved basis
Deadline to register as a sponsor is September 1, 2024
No refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2024
Sponsors must book their own travel and hotel accommodations
Sponsor setup will take place on Sunday, October 13, from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sponsor booths will be open on Monday, October 14, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
